"Checkout took way too long"

"I really wanted this to be…"
I really wanted this to be a relaxing stay. That was the plan anyway. But when we got there, the whole property just felt kind of worn out. Like it hadn’t been properly looked after in a while. Our room had peeling paint. The shower was leaking. Then the hallway had this damp smell every time we walked through it. Not great. Even the pool area looked rough, with cracked tiles and everything. The staff were friendly enough, to be fair. No complaints there. But the maintenance issues were hard to ignore. It just made the place feel neglected. For what we paid, I wouldn’t say it was worth it.

"Already Frustrated Before Even Arriving"
I’m not impressed with Hyatt Inclusive Collection so far. I emailed twice before my trip with basic questions about the transfer and a room request, and I either got no response or some generic copy-paste reply that didn’t actually answer anything. For what this resort costs, I expected at least someone to read the message and handle it with a little care. Instead it feels careless, like my booking is just being brushed aside. I haven’t even checked in yet and I’m already stressed about it. Not a great start.

"Plenty of Tasty Options"
We were really grateful for the variety of food available during our stay. Breakfast was especially good most days, and we really enjoyed the grill items too. A few dinners were a little hit or miss and could’ve been hotter, but overall there were plenty of choices, and we always managed to find something we liked.

"Entertainment Was a Huge Letdown"
The entertainment at this Hyatt Inclusive Collection resort was so disappointing. Most nights felt super rushed and like they were just throwing something together so they could say there was a show. The music was way too loud, but somehow still managed to be boring, and some of the activities were just awkward to sit through. We found ourselves leaving early almost every night because it just wasn’t worth sticking around. For what we paid, I really expected a lot better. If nightly entertainment is something you care about, I’d seriously think twice before booking...

"Awkward vibe, not really relaxing"
I thought the adults-only thing would make the place feel more calm, but it just felt kind of awkward. The vibe was off, and it wasn’t relaxing in that way I was hoping for. I don’t know, just not really my thing.

"Bar Service Was a Letdown"
I stayed through the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, the bar service was the part that disappointed me the most. Even when it didn’t seem busy, the waits were way too long, and a few of the bartenders came across like we were bothering them just by ordering. Some drinks were weak, others weren’t made right, and I found myself having to ask twice for basic things. After a while, I just lowered my expectations and avoided the bar when I could because I didn’t want to keep getting frustrated on vacation. For an all-inclusive resort, I expected a lot better.

"Felt like nobody wanted to take responsibility"
The most frustrating part was that no one seemed to care. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and every time I explained the issue, it felt like they just shrugged it off or said it wasn’t their department. Nobody actually took ownership or tried to help fix the problem. It was really disappointing.

"Not really set up for families"
We booked this place thinking it would be a good option with kids, but it didn’t feel very family-friendly once we got there. The kids club hours were kind of odd, there wasn’t much for younger children, and staff didn’t always seem to know what activities were actually happening, which was a bit frustrating. The pool was constantly packed too, and there wasn’t really a quieter spot where families could relax. It felt like families were more tolerated than welcomed, which is not what we expected.

I booked a massage through Hyatt Inclusive Collection it wasn’t worth it. The staff seemed rushed, so the whole experience felt a little tense from the start. The room was noisy, which made it hard to relax, and my treatment started late but still ended right on time, so I felt like I didn’t get the full session. Because of all that, it ended up being more stressful than relaxing. I wouldn’t book the spa again...

"Crowded Pool and Questionable Water"
I started noticing the same pattern quickly: every time we went down to the pool, it was packed, and the water just didn’t look as clean as I’d hoped. We tried giving it another chance a few different days, but it never really improved, so we ended up leaving early most times. it was disappointing

"Room wasn’t clean when we arrived"
When we got to the room, it didn’t feel like it had been cleaned properly. The sheets had stains on them, which was gross, and the bathroom had a bad smell right away. Not exactly the first impression you want when you’re just trying to settle in.

"Felt a Bit Overpriced"
We paid way too much for what we ended up getting. The “all inclusive” package sorta felt limited once we got there, with upgrades and extra charges showing up for things I thought were already included. The food was just okay, and the drinks weren’t anything special either. For the price, I was expecting a lot more. It kinda felt like we could’ve stayed somewhere cheaper and had pretty much the same trip.

"Too Much Upselling"
I didn’t feel relaxed at all. The whole time it felt like they kept pushing this upgrade and that extra thing, and it got uncomfortable. I just wanted to enjoy the experience, but the constant pressure kind of ruined it for me

"Honestly... the dining service was probably…"
Honestly... the dining service was probably the worst part of our stay. The staff seemed irritated anytime we asked for even basic things, and the food took forever to come out, even when the restaurant was only half full. One night they actually forgot our order twice, and no one even apologized. For a Hyatt-related resort, I really expected better. I wouldn’t book again if having decent meals and service matters to you...

"Trust your gut and double-check everything"
I booked through hyattinclusivecollection.com, i should’ve trusted my instinct when something felt a little off with the confirmation. When I got to the hotel, the reservation details didn’t match what I booked, the room type was wrong and even the dates seemed messed up. I ended up spending way too long at the front desk trying to get it sorted out, and support was slow and not very helpful. It made the start of the trip way more stressful than it needed to be

"Quick help with my booking"
i mean, I had a question about my booking and customer service got back to me quicker than I expected. They explained everything clearly and fixed the small issue without making it feel like a big hassle. I’m giving 4 stars only because I did have to follow up once, but overall it was a good experience.

I booked through hyattinclusivecollection thinking the room would be a bit more upgraded, but it felt like they promised one thing and delivered something basic. The mini fridge barely worked, the toiletries felt cheap, there were no slippers, and the coffee setup was disappointing. For what we paid, I expected a lot better. It just didn’t match the level they made it seem like we’d be getting.

"Waited Around for Nothing"
I ended up waiting for hours, no one really helped me with anything. I kept thinking someone would come by eventually, then my mind just started wandering because there wasn’t much else to do. Frustrating experience overall
